  • From 16 modules in the Limited Edition to 18 in the Standard and SQL client-Server Editions, all modules are working together seamlessly, simultaneously running in real-time so that all your financial data is up to date at all times.

  • Seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Office.  Publish your financial data in Microsoft Word, ananlyse financial reports in Microsoft Excel, or populate a Microsoft Access database, all with the click of a mouse.

  • Integartion with popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Microsoft Outlook, Act! 2000, Goldmine, and Maximizer.

  • BusinessVision is expandable.  It is easy to upgrade from one edition to the next edition as the data is compatible among the various editions.  Moreover, the upgrade price is merely about the difference between the editions.  

  • Users can add note about a customer, supplier,  an inventory item or a purchase order.  With the add-on module CustomPack, users can link different documents (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PDF etc) to these objects, too.

  • With the optional add-on CustomPack, records relating to customer, supplier, inventory can be customized.  You may also use the Mail Merge feature to create personalized promotional letters, newsletters and emails etc.

  • Images can be added to inventory and employees.

  • Handles serialized inventory (such as camera, appliances etc.)

  • Users can be restricted to certain functionality within certain modules.  It is also possible to limit what reports each user can view or print.

  • BusinessVision supports multi-warehouses, multi-divisions and multi-companies.

  • 150 pre-designed reports; users can add and modify reports using Crystal Reports.   You can publish your reports in practically any format such as Microsoft Word and Excel, HTML or email.  BusinessVision also links to F9 for easy reporting inside Excel and Lotus 123.

  • The add-on Multiple Currency Manager provides the ability to enter, process and report on business and accounting tasks in foreign currencies.

  • E-commerce ready with the optional e-BusinessVision.  Having your own web-based marketplace enables you to market your products and take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  By directly integrating with BusinessVision, your Internet marketplace accurately reflects your inventory at all times.  Changes made in BusinessVision, such as pricing and availability are automatically reflected on-online.
